Public Classes

We have a monthly schedule of cheese classes open to the general public.

All classes are held at our classroom upstairs at the Good For You Market, Route 9 West, Lewes, DE. In the event we re-locate to our new location on Route 1 before a scheduled class, confirmed attendees will be notified ahead of class. We are just relocating a few miles down the road, so this is unlikely to cause inconvenience.

All classes cost just $35 and run around 1 1/2 hours. The fee includes all samples, course materials, and a $5 Good For You "Green Buck" to spend in store at Good For You Market.

We recommend that you book early for classes since they always fill and we maintain a wait list. If you've missed a class then don't worry, each class is designed to be 'stand alone' and our Cheesemonger instructor will answer any question you may have. Additionally, classes are often repeated if there are sufficient people waitlisted. To reserve your spot, please call (302) 684-8330 and have your credit card ready (Visa or Mastercard). Alternatively, you may reserve a spot by 'purchasing' online. You need to pay in full upfront in order to reserve your spot. In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, you will be given the choice of another class, or a full refund. If you need to cancel a confirmed space, you will be offered another class. We regret that unless there is a waitlist person who may take your space, cancelled confirmations cannot be refunded since we have held your space.
