Shipping & Delivery

Rehoboth Beach Cheese Company utilizes UPS for all of your shipping requirements. When applicable, products are shipped immediately and at the rate requested by the customer. However, many of our products are perishable items and cannot risk spending time in a UPS warehouse over the weekend or holidays.

Rehoboth Beach Cheese Company cannot ship perishable products any later in the week than Wednesday. Any orders placed for perishable products later than Wednesday afternoon will not be shipped until the following Monday morning (or Tuesday when Monday is a holiday). We do this to protect your order and ensure that it arrives to you in the fresh state that its meant to.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we regret that Rehoboth Beach Cheese Company cannot offer returns on items purchased through our online store.

However, should your package or order become damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact the UPS Damaged Package Claims Department as soon as possible. As always, please contact us if you have any questions.
